Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team at Fast Track Appliances Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office services, implementing new administrative procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they meet our needs
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff as needed
  • Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and record management
  • Administer policies related to access to information and privacy legislation

Requirements:
  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Salary and Benefits:
