Job Title: Administrative Professional - Office Operations Lead
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Professional to lead our office operations. As an Office Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with established protocols, and providing support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures
- Delegate tasks to office support staff, provide guidance, and monitor progress
- Establish work priorities, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain accurate records
- Assist in preparing operating budgets, maintaining inventory, and controlling expenditures
- Compile data, prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Plan and control budget, monitor expenses, and make recommendations for improvements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
