Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and routines to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Compile and maintain accurate records, statistics, and other information, as well as perform data entry tasks.
  • Supply Management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to relevant documents.
  • Correspondence and Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Operational Planning: Assist in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and electronic mail systems.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and operations.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the team and company.
