Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Coast Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor revenue and labour costs to make informed business decisions
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality service and food preparation
  • Recruit and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
  • Plan and organize events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other restaurant management software
