We are a dynamic and growing restaurant company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Customer Service
    • Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service to our guests
    • Train and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
    • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of restaurant staff
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Support for Diverse Groups
    • Develop and implement strategies to support the employment and retention of diverse groups, including persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
