Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Joss Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible prices.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive dining experience.
  • Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
