We are a dynamic and customer-focused restaurant seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize losses.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Support Programs:
  • Accessibility and Inclusion: Provide physical, visual, and auditory accessibility accommodations, along with mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for employees with disabilities.
  • Settlement and Integration: Assist newcomers and refugees with settlement needs, social and labour market integration, and offer mentorship programs.
  • On-the-Job Training: Offer on-the-job training, mentorship, and create a welcoming work environment for youths.
  • Support for Veterans: Provide support through targeted hiring initiatives, awareness training, and counseling services for veterans.
  • Cultural Competency: Develop relationships, offer mentorship opportunities, and provide cultural competency training for Indigenous People.
  • Phased Retirement: Offer phased retirement options, workspace accommodations, and resources for retirement planning for mature workers.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Provide mentorship programs and diversity training for a welcoming work environment for visible minorities.
