About Joss Restaurant

We are a dynamic and growing restaurant company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
    • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure excellent service delivery
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, responding promptly to customer complaints and feedback
    • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to drive repeat business and positive word-of-mouth
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of supplies
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
