We are seeking a skilled Retail Management Professional to join our team at Royal Majesty Espresso Bar Bakery.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead our coffee shop and bakery teams, ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish effective work schedules to meet productivity goals.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, guaranteeing timely service.
  • Evaluate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and tact.
  • Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and ability to multitask are crucial. The successful candidate will be expected to stand for extended periods, handling physically demanding tasks while maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you must possess:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology.
