Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Developmental Services Worker to join our team at the Developmental Disabilities Association. In this role, you will provide support and care to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a group home setting.

About the Job:
  • This is a permanent position working 15 hours per week.
  • You will be required to work independently under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living tasks, including preparing reports and case histories.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
Work Setting:

The group home provides a supportive environment for individuals with intellectual disabilities to live and participate in their community.
