We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Sales and Business Development to join our team at StackTeck Systems Ltd. Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Work with our VP, Business Development and Marketing to devise sales objectives and goals, forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenues, and prepare annual budgets.
- Lead the Sales Team: Manage, support, and coach the performance of our sales team, including account managers and program managers, to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Build and Foster Relationships: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with decision-makers in key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Identify and Implement Process Improvements: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, identifying opportunities to increase sales and enhance customer experiences.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our business development and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Minimum 10 Years of Experience: In related injection molding businesses, including tooling, automation, and machines.
- Management Experience: A minimum of 7 years of management experience in engineering, marketing, or sales roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, and a professional engineering license (P.Eng) or certified sales professional (CSP) designation are assets.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel internationally, with no passport restrictions.
