Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Resource Coordinator to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our Client Service Team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless resource coordination and strategic scheduling support.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our Site Supervisors, Security Guards, CSMs, Senior Management, and Operations Centre to ensure staffing needs are met and proactively addressed.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify open shifts / lines and collaborate with the Client Service Team to complete schedules, adhering to contractual obligations

• Fill cancellations and openings in the daily schedule as prescribed by coverage type

• Coordinate with the Client Service Team to ensure staffing needs are met and proactively addressed

• Develop knowledge of Paladin's contractual obligations for assigned portfolios, including site visitations, ongoing training, and close working relationships with management

• Support and process submissions related to your portfolio of sites

• Participate in Paladin's deployment process and provide updates to stakeholders as needed

• Utilize TEAM software to ensure accurate and timely scheduling, billing, and payroll

• Prepare daily and weekly reports for the management team

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in business administration or related field preferred

• Working knowledge of Employment Standards Legislation and Human Rights Legislation

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with excellent verbal and written communication

• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, problem-solve, and execute solutions

• Proficiency in MS Office, with previous experience in scheduling software considered an asset

• Manitoba Driver's License and Security Guard License required

Additional Information

Paladin Security offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, life insurance, and dental insurance.
