Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Services Coordinator in Winnipeg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to our clients and advisors, ensuring seamless account administration and documentation. You will work closely with our investment advisors to manage client portfolios and identify opportunities for growth and wealth management planning. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent qualification
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Demonstrated skills in providing world-class customer service, with a warm and friendly approach
