About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Resource Nurse to join our team in Winnipeg. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong background in surgical nursing and leadership experience.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical expertise to nurses, coordinating patient care within the healthcare team, and promoting quality patient outcomes. As a Clinical Resource Nurse, you will assume a leadership role and work collaboratively with the program team manager to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to nurses in the surgical department
  • Coordinate patient care activities to ensure seamless transitions and efficient workflows
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to promote collaboration and best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years recent surgical nursing experience
  • Charge nurse experience required
  • Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
What We Offer

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for an annual full-time incentive of up to $2,000.
