Senior Product Manager, Advertising Platforms

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Advertising Platforms team at Loblaw Digital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and evolving our advertising platform to meet the needs of our advertisers and Advance sales & operations teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive vision and roadmap for our advertising platform, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver features that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring ongoing prioritization, grooming, and resolution of dependencies with partner teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Measure success through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue targets, operational efficiencies, feature adoption, and stability.
- Contribute to the development of a culture of speed, candor, curiosity, and experimentation within the retail media product organization.
- 5 years of product management experience, preferably in advertising technology.
- Proven track record of iterative building and shipping features, with a willingness to roll up sleeves to help teams.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed environment, influencing teams to bring alignment and drive results.
- Solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
