About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Loblaw Digital. As a Senior Product Manager, Advertising Platforms, you will play a key role in defining and evolving our advertising platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive vision and roadmap for our advertising product portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that meet the needs of our advertisers and drive business growth.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing and grooming requirements to ensure timely delivery.
- Align senior leadership on vision and roadmap, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.
- Measure success through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue targets, operational efficiencies, feature adoption, and stability.
- Contribute to the team culture of speed, candor, curiosity, and experimentation in the retail media product organization.
Requirements
- 5 years of product management experience, preferably in advertising technology.
- Proven track record of iterative building and shipping features, with a willingness to roll up sleeves to help teams.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed environment, influencing teams to bring alignment.
- Solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
