Senior Product Manager, Advertising Platforms

Hybrid Work Policy: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote.

Your Contribution

As the Senior Product Manager for Advertising Platforms, you will play a crucial role in defining and enhancing our advertising solutions. You will work closely with various teams to launch features that cater to the requirements of our advertisers and support sales and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust product management background, technical expertise, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft the vision and strategic roadmap for your product suite.
  • Ensure that the product roadmap aligns with stakeholder requirements and is executed punctually.
  • Oversee the team's backlog, including ongoing prioritization, refinement, and resolving interdependencies with partner teams.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and secure alignment from senior leadership on vision and roadmap.
  • Evaluate success through KPIs, including revenue goals, operational efficiencies, feature adoption, and system stability.
  • Contribute to fostering a team culture characterized by speed, transparency, curiosity, and experimentation within the retail media product organization.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the advertising technology sector.
  • A proven history of iterative development to deliver features, coupled with a willingness to engage hands-on with teams.
  • Experience in a complex, matrixed environment, with the ability to influence teams for alignment.
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
  • Capability to work autonomously and navigate through ambiguity.
