About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager, Advertising Platforms to join our team at Loblaw Digital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and evolving our advertising platform to meet the needs of our advertisers and Advance sales & operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the vision and roadmap for your product portfolio, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and timely delivery.
  • Actively manage the team's backlog, prioritizing tasks, grooming dependencies, and resolving issues with partner teams.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and align senior leadership on vision and roadmap.
  • Measure success using KPIs such as revenue targets, operational efficiencies, feature adoption, and stability.
  • Contribute to the team culture of speed, candor, curiosity, and experimentation in the retail media product organization.

Requirements

  • 5 years of product management experience, preferably in advertising tech.
  • A track record of iterative building to ship features and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to help the teams.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment and influencing teams to bring alignment.
  • Solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and sift through ambiguity.
