SKYTECH MECHANICAL INC. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary of $35,000 per year for this full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the day-to-day activities of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials in a timely manner.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of quality and productivity.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize workflow.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments while considering the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage contracts and agreements with vendors and partners.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to colleagues and clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to electronic enquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the team by providing ongoing assistance and guidance.

Work Conditions
  • 32-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
