SKYTECH MECHANICAL INC. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.
Job SummaryWe are offering a competitive salary of $35,000 per year for this full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the day-to-day activities of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Open and distribute mail and other materials in a timely manner.
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of quality and productivity.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize workflow.
- Schedule and confirm appointments while considering the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Manage contracts and agreements with vendors and partners.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to colleagues and clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to electronic enquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the team by providing ongoing assistance and guidance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on quality.
