About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at HONGYAN PRECISION MANUFACTURING LIMITED. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing and potential clients, identifying and soliciting new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Prepare sales or other contracts, ensuring all necessary information is included
  • Promote sales to existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce, providing excellent customer service
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client needs
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services, highlighting key features and value propositions
  • Advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services through various channels, including social media and email marketing
  • Provide customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or technical role
