Residential Property Administrator

At District Realty, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Property Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Residential Property Management Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rentals: Collect, process, and manage rental applications, including collecting payment of LMR, informing declined applicants, and producing and collecting leases and move-in documents.
  • Communications/Tenant Relations: Pursue tenants for late or bounced rent, produce memos and letters as needed, handle phone and email correspondence with tenants, and provide move-in packages and by-law information.
  • Accounting: Submit tenant adjustments, provide rental statements, distribute financial statements, process POs and invoices, and code and distribute EFTs and rent supplement payments.
  • Operations: Add/remove properties and staff members from Suitespot, add service requests, assist with closing/opening duties, and issue fobs and update buzzer boards.
  • Legal: Prepare and distribute N4s, N1s, and N5s, correspond with paralegal, review and catalogue security camera footage, and assist with utility account changes.
  • Commercial: Handle commercial admin matters, issue statements of charges, and assist in rent collection from commercial tenants.
