Residential Property Administrator

At District Realty, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Property Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Residential Property Management Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:Rentals:
  • Process rental applications, collect payments, and produce leases and move-in documents.
  • Communicate with tenants regarding rental and lease-related matters.
  • Process vacates, sublets, and assignments.
Communications/Tenant Relations:
  • Pursue tenants for late or bounced rent payments.
  • Prepare and distribute memos and letters as needed.
  • Handle phone and email correspondence with tenants.
  • Provide move-in packages and by-law information to new tenants.
Accounting:
  • Submit tenant adjustments and process POs and invoices.
  • Provide rental statements to tenants and distribute financial statements.
  • Process EFTs and rent supplement payments.
Operations:
  • Add and remove properties and staff members from Suitespot.
  • Assist with closing and opening duties for properties.
Legal:
  • Prepare and distribute N4s, N1s, and N5s.
  • Correspond with paralegal and review security camera footage.
Commercial:
  • Handle commercial admin matters for residential buildings.
  • Serve as a contact point between PM and commercial tenants.
