Job Description:
Paladin Security seeks a seasoned Business Development Representative to spearhead the growth of our business. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with potential clients.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business development, specifically in B2B sales. They will be highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

Responsibilities:
* Proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking
* Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, scheduling meetings for appropriate Paladin stakeholders
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lead interactions and progress in our CRM (HubSpot)
* Conduct thorough research on companies to identify key decision-makers and influencers to target
* Collaborate closely with the account management and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with company goals
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly key performance indicators related to outbound activities, lead conversion rates, and revenue targets
* Develop a deep understanding of Paladin's services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
* Continuously follow up on leads to nurture relationships and guide prospects through the sales funnel

Requirements:
* Experience in security, law enforcement, or a related industry
* Proven track record in business development (specifically in B2B sales is a plus)
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to present information clearly and persuasively
* Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) as well as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or other lead-generation platforms
* Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field would be preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and craft solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle rejection, and stay motivated

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
