Salary

The estimated hourly wage for this position is between $18.54 and $19.33, with opportunities for premium pay for night shifts. Depending on experience, incoming professionals may be eligible for higher wages.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Guest Ambassador to join our team at Grand Villa Casino. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will oversee the guest journey while on the property, coordinating with account development team members on trip planning. Your passion for customer care and delivering personalized service will ensure a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making decisions within established compensation and expense guidelines.
  • Handling situations professionally and calmly.
  • Maintaining close connections with customers to encourage loyalty.
  • Anticipating and meeting or exceeding guest needs.
  • Identifying service challenges and acting promptly to resolve them.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in the guest services and/or hospitality industry.
  • An independent thinking style that maximizes customer service experiences and program profitability.
  • Natural leadership skills to direct and supervise staff.
  • A relationship-building approach that encourages open communication and collaboration.
  • Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities, with a background in the service industry.
