Clinical Therapist Role Overview

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Therapist to join our team as a Home-Based Care Specialist. This role will involve assessing clients' needs, developing personalized therapy plans, and delivering care in clients' homes and schools in the Kitchener-Waterloo region.

Responsibilities
• Assess clients' needs and develop comprehensive therapy care plans
• Deliver in-home and school-based therapy services to clients in the Kitchener-Waterloo region
• Collaborate with clients' families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Partner with our multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care

Requirements
• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized post-secondary institution
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between client locations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits
