We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at CBI Home Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients and their families.
About the Role- You will work with a variety of clients, including adults and children, providing comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments and interventions.
- You will have access to our fully integrated and secure digital health platform, which provides innovative tools and technology to support your work.
- You will be part of a collaborative team that includes clinical leaders, supervisors, communication therapist assistants, best practice specialists, and students.
- Assess and implement SLP interventions in a home-based setting, including swallowing assessments and dysphagia management.
- Leverage our digital health platforms to support care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
- Registration as a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario.
- A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
- Comfortable delivering care both in person and using virtual methods/technology.
- Flexible and able to think critically in a variety of situations.
- Competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Flexible caseloads and schedules to meet your work-life balance needs.
- Mentoring supervision for new graduates, as appropriate.
