Join Our Dynamic Rehabilitation Team

We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team in Guelph, Cambridge, and surrounding areas. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the growth and development of our therapy/rehabilitation program.

This is a 1-year Full-time contract position, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. You will work closely with our dedicated Safety Health & Wellness team and Pandemic Response team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our patients and staff.

The successful candidate will possess a Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university. Strong computer skills, excellent English verbal and written communication skills, and French language skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care through professional assessments, coordination, supervision, and coaching
  • Develop and maintain effective Care Plans with respect to Community Health Services
  • Promote independence of clients in their homes and communities
