We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph region. The successful candidate will work with clients of all ages, bringing their integrated approach in therapy services to their homes and schools.

About the Role
  • Job Summary: As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will assess and build an accurate therapy care plan based on the real environment of our client. This includes developing health promotion programs, prescribing equipment and supplies, promoting client safety, and exerting critical thinking to provide complex preventative or corrective actions for a variety of clients with diverse needs.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assess and develop therapy care plans tailored to each client's unique needs
    • Partner with clients' family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals regarding treatment goals and service plans
    • Work collaboratively as part of a hybrid model of care, including face-to-face and virtual interactions

Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Occupational Therapy
  • Current active registration and good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Pediatric care experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
