Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist with CarePartners, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in our community rehabilitation program. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing coordination, supervision, and coaching to Community Support Workers in the field
  • Conducting professional assessments of patients in their homes and communities
  • Developing and maintaining effective care plans with respect to Community Health Services
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve measurable goals and outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university
  • Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Proven computer skills, including email, MS Word, and Outlook, work scheduling systems
  • Strong assessment skills and ability to participate in effective treatment programs
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • A reliable vehicle for regular travel
