Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Call Centre Guys Inc.

Job Summary

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative procedures are implemented and followed. This includes reviewing and evaluating new procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and ensure they are followed by all staff members.
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
