Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Call Centre Guys Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Operations: Implement and review new administrative procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Team Support: Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Policy Administration: Oversee the administration of policies related to the release of records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Management: Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory controls to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Monitor and evaluate administrative processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and control budget expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or equivalent degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Supervision: 1-2 people in a supervisory capacity.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
