About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Pizza Pizza - Regent St. Fredericton. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating schedules.
    • Ensure the smooth operation of the front-of-house and back-of-house areas, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Human Resources
    • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job ads, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
    • Provide support with employee onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork, scheduling training sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
    • Assist with managing customer feedback and complaints, including escalating issues to management as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to maintain a high level of accuracy in their work.
