We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pizza Pizza - Regent St. Fredericton. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • HR Administration: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinate the activities of the HR department, and maintain accurate records of employee information.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
