Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $50,000 to $70,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role involves supporting the manager by performing all administrative tasks, including managing email and scheduling, billing, accounts receivable, day-to-day calls, processing mail, balancing petty cash, making deposits, managing accounts payable, processing freight claims and delivery summaries. The successful candidate will also be responsible for informing the manager of any administrative anomalies and recommending improvements to ensure that administrative processes are reliable and efficient.

  • Work experience in administrative support and customer service.
  • Well-organized, resourceful and an independent learner.
  • Adaptable and able to prioritize.
  • Strong computer and writing skills, good spelling.
