Job Title: Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB). This role is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our department.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating logistics, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing goods, including receiving, distributing, and shipping items;
  • Coordinate stock replenishment in our warehouse;
  • Provide administrative support to our office personnel, including answering phones and responding to emails;
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services;
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A diploma of college studies in administrative techniques or a related field;
  • At least two years of relevant experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Virtuo.
