Bilingual Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
As a Territory Sales Manager with PeopleToGo, you will be responsible for managing a territory of accounts with a quota ranging from $2M to $5M. You will be accountable for customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planned sales call process and all it entails within your territory.
- Achieve balanced performance of connectivity, network, and support services.
- Responsible for posting and updating job order requirements into the main recruitment database repository and assigning work with a recruitment professional who will source qualified candidates for the job order.
- Work with clients to resolve concerns, monitor customer satisfaction, and drive incremental opportunities within your assigned territory.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years in selling IT staffing and/or IT services to VAR, OEMs, and Integrators.
- University/College Degree or equivalent.
- Outstanding skills in time management, written and oral communications.
- Superior business aptitude and organizational skills.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in scheduled sales meetings.
- Manage financial performance as specified within your Goal Sheets.
- Develop corrective actions to remedy all 'out of line' performance within your territory.
- Protect and grow revenues within your existing accounts.
- Grow market share by acquiring new accounts from our competitors.
