Account Executive - Bilingual (French and English)

Description:
The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in managing a territory of accounts with a quota ranging from $2M to $5M. Their primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability within their assigned territory. This involves effectively managing the planned sales call process and all its associated tasks.
Responsibilities:
The Account Executive is responsible for:
- Managing a territory of accounts with a quota ranging from $2M to $5M
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability within their assigned territory
- Effectively managing the planned sales call process and all its associated tasks
- Actively participating in scheduled sales meetings
- Working with clients to manage job orders, follow-ups, and placements
- Responsible for posting and updating job order requirements into the main recruitment database repository and assigning work with a recruitment professional who will source qualified candidates for the job order
- Maintaining and updating job orders in Quickbase as per change requirements
- Managing their financial performance as specified within their Goal Sheets
- Tracking, monitoring, and developing corrective actions to remedy all 'out of line' performance within their territory
- Protecting and growing revenues within their existing accounts
- Growing market share by acquiring new accounts from competitors
- Developing business cases and soliciting management concurrence to proceed with their recommendations
- Maintaining outstanding business relationships with all customers, business partners, other departments, vendors, and manufacturers
- Initiating actions to correct deficiencies or 'out of line' financial performance within their assigned territories
- Developing territory and account plans
- Analyzing and providing remedies for customer satisfaction issues within their assigned territories
- Maintaining frequent contact with customers at all levels but especially at senior management levels to resolve concerns, monitor customer satisfaction, and drive incremental opportunities within their assigned territory
- Leveraging corporate and regional resources, such as their director and VP, within the planned sales call process to achieve their territory objectives
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years in selling IT staffing and/or IT services to VAR, OEMs, and Integrators
- A University/College Degree or equivalent
- Outstanding skills in time management, written and oral communications
- Superior business aptitude and organizational skills
Operational Responsibilities:
The Account Executive is responsible for:
