Digital Experience Manager

The B2B Experience Manager will support the development and execution of digital initiatives tailored to B2B audiences, ensuring seamless user-friendly experiences that drive engagement and meet client needs.

  • Analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve PRO experience on digital platforms.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to implement innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or online customer service environments, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. A diploma in digital commerce, business administration, or a relevant field is required, along with the ability to analyze data and understand customer needs to guide decisions. Bilingualism in French and English is essential.

This role involves creating a compelling, efficient, and integrated digital experience that supports clients' business goals and strengthens relationships with accounts and sales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for mapping processes between digital solutions and ops teams, analyzing and providing insights to the digital team, and training and change management in collaboration with HR.
