Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy organization-wide data analysis and reporting solutions.
  • Analyze and review data from internal and external sources.
  • Present analysis results and formulate strategic recommendations for senior management.
  • Define company-wide data cleansing rules.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Create, develop and manage relevant performance indicators in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency of system data architecture in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Gather and document analytical requirements expressed by users.
  • Develop back-end solutions to enable users to achieve their objectives.
  • Train and support users in creating dashboards (front-end).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science.
  • Bilingualism in spoken and written French and English (one site is based in Ontario, with English-speaking users).
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools and query languages.
  • Computer languages: SQL (required), Dax (asset).
  • Mastery of Power BI (Required).
  • Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Jira (asset).
