About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries.
  • Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
