The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

We are offering a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description:

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including:

  • Review and Evaluate Office Procedures: Assist in reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and efficient.
  • Establish Work Priorities: Establish and prioritize work tasks to meet deadlines and ensure seamless office operations.
  • Co-ordinate Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist with Budget Preparation: Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Prepare Reports and Correspondence: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.

You will also be responsible for resolving conflict situations and providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in office administration.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Flexibility, organized, ability to multitask, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
