**About us**
Pinnacle Custom Cabinet Design is a growing business in Chilliwack, BC V2P 1J3. Our goal is to find an administrative/sales and design assistant to join our growing team. If you are a positive, people-oriented, outgoing individual who is looking for a permanent, full-time position with a dynamic growing company, then this is the position for you.
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen cabinet experience preferred.
- Previous administration experience preferred.
- Familiar with office practices and procedures.
- Detail oriented.
- Organized and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Reliable
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Able to maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Experience in the construction or home renovation industry preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft - Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
- Experience with Autocad or other design software would be a definite asset.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for assisting sales and operations teams with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage daily correspondence.
- Maintain written and electronic records.
- Support with client meetings and company events.
- Responsible for maintaining samples and support materials for the showroom.
- Answer incoming phone calls and website inquiries.
- General Duties include: filing, preparing documents, assisting with presentations, data entry, order checking, order follow-up, additional administrative services as required.
**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
