Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Handle patient complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly and courteously
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Assist with bookings and cancellations, ensuring accuracy of appointment details
- Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using computerized systems (especially experience with JaneApp)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a positive experience for our patients. If you are organized, have strong administrative skills, and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to have you join our team.
Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends as needed.
