Culinary Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Coordinator to join our team at Golden City Restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate special events and determine the size of food portions and costs
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- No degree, certificate or diploma is required, but experience is an asset
- The ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively supervise kitchen staff and helpers
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including:

This is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week. We are looking for someone who can commit to working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
