Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Strategic Growth and Development to join our team at Tulnor Inc. dba NexGen IOT Solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Able to manage events and conduct performance reviews
  • Supervise a team of more than 20 people, including contractors
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

The estimated salary is around $150,000 per year, considering the average cost of living in the area and industry standards.
