Job Description:

The Senior Property Operations Director will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial management to ensure the successful performance of our residential real estate portfolio. Key responsibilities include leading and developing regional and property-level teams, driving operational efficiencies, and ensuring properties meet industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in policy creation, process improvement, and best practices implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in multi-residential property management, including 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to create and implement policies, improve processes, and establish best practices.
  • Proficiency in property management software and real estate technology platforms.
  • Solid understanding of Ontario's Residential Tenancy Act (RTA).
  • Excellent team management and engagement skills, with a proven track record of fostering a high-performing and positive culture.
