Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

Maur Logistics Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing general ledger, and performing general office duties.
Responsibilities:- Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable, prepare journal entries, and review vendor statements.
- Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and review customer statements.
- General Ledger: Prepare general ledger, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to multitask.
- Permanent Employment: Full-time employment with a permanent contract.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Hours of Work: 32 to 40 hours per week.
