About the Role

Maur Logistics Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Process and manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and journal entries.
  • Invoice Management: Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile payments and ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balance, balance sheet, and income statement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, accurate, client-focused, and reliable.
