MOUR TRANSPORT LTD. is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Prepare and manage general ledgers, journal entries, and trial balances to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Collect payments from debtors and manage accounts receivable to minimize outstanding balances.
  • Financial Calculations: Perform financial calculations, including costing and budgeting, to support business decision-making.
  • Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general office duties, including maintaining filing and record systems, to support the financial team.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports to support business decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Private sector.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, accurate, client focus, organized, and work term: permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
