About the Role

Maur Logistics Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Prepare and process general ledger entries, journal entries, and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Accounts Management: Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing clients and processing payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare trial balances and other financial reports to support business decision-making.
  • Payroll Administration: Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office tasks, including data entry and filing.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 32-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
